Are your wigs 100% human hair?
Yes. Every wig at QueenVe Boutique is 100% human hair — no synthetics, no blends. You can dye it, curl it, and straighten it just like your own hair.

Are your wigs beginner friendly?
Yes. Our wigs are glueless with pre-plucked natural hairlines. Wear them straight out of the box — no stylist required.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). We offer same-day delivery within 10 miles and 5-day delivery across the USA.

What is your return policy?
Unworn, unaltered wigs in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The wig must not have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, or altered.

How do I choose a wig length?
As a guide: 18" falls around the chest, 22" around mid-back, and 26"+ around the waist. Lengths are measured stretched.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
