We want you to love your QueenVe wig. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Unworn, unaltered wigs in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible, the wig must NOT have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way. The lace must be uncut and all original packaging included.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at queenve.boutique@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
• We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different length or style? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange for an unworn wig.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
